Birthday Cake this week

I was asked to make their cake for a friends friends bday tomorrow .

I made french vanilla w/raspberry filling and cream cheese icing.

The icing was a little warm so didn't peak right when decorating, but, it'll do😉

I was asked not to decorate -- I think it's a 90th so they have decorations for it.

They should be proud to serve that!

I have a customer turning 95 Thursday. Was gonna give her chocolates & balloons while she is under dryer but ummm..how much notice you need.lol

I normally don't get to taste but tonight when I leveled the layers I made a "scrap cake"...yes, this is a winner!!! Spouse who hardly eats sweets even said best cake yet.

I adore raspberry anything and since I can't have you make one for me, I'd love to know how you make it!

Bought a jar of raspberry preserves. Heated about 1/2 cup with 2 tbsp water to thin a bit. Cooled and it gelled. Spread thin layer in middle.
