This looks like the cookie that comes in the tin box that Costco sells at this time of year ... I could be wrong but, I think the chocolate on top is regular chocolate ... they are really good ... 😋

It looks like it is made by LU they make the LEPetite ecolier I may not have spelled it right, but in French it means, "the little school boy.." They make a line of cookies, square shortbread cookie, with chocolate dipped tops. They are amazing.

@Glitter51 They are "original gourmet" brand based on the design. My guess is that they are probably a holiday chocolate from maybe Sams Club because I see a similar chocolate item from Walmart (sold out).

I am looking for a good lemon cookie..like the old lemon cooler cookies.I think Koehler made them.They had powered sugar on top...any suggestions?

They have those on Amazon.

Aldi's sells a chocolate covered butter cookie but does not have the bicycle on it. They have milk or dark chocolate.

These have the 2 different ones in this box. I have ate these & like them.

A couple of weeks ago, I ordered cookies from Costco (Instacart) - Kirkland European Cookies. I had a few today with sparkling red wine. Looks very similar. They sell these every Christmas. Large Red tin box with gold leaves. Great Gift!!!! Great Value!!!!
