    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Alberti posted a stew receipe and one of the ingredients was celery root. I had never cooked with this. I even had to look it up to see what it looked like so to locate it in the store. Ha Ha&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Frankly, I could not tell it from the parsnips.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The stew base was tasty and could be adapted with one's own favorite ingredients.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
