I went to the home page, saw the pan (yes, yummy is right), and clicked on the image. It brought me to listings of Good Housekeeping products on QVC, apparently a new offering. All I did was scroll down and there was the pan in the photo (which looks like cast iron but is aluminum and weighs just 2.26 lb. and comes with glass lid and silicone handle covers). I clicked on it and saw the link for the PDF for "Use, Care and Recipes." Opened it and scrolled until I came to the photo of the shrimp dish shown on the home page and found the recipe right before it.

I sort of collect the PDF manuals and recipe collections of cookware sold on QVC and HSN. They have lots of useful info, and I love reading recipes. Sometimes I even buy the cookware.

I'd love to know if the taste of the dish measures up to the image. If you want to post back once you've made it, you'll have an audience!
