I have ordered several sets over the years. In each set, some of the handles have broken off, mostly after taken from the freezer. Apparently the cold makes the plastic brittle. I will not purchase more. Rubbermaid still seems to be more durable to me. I know the lids can be replaced BUT that is not an easy thing. And I can't be bothered!

Don't open right out of the freezer let them warm up to room temperature before opening.

They are made out of plastic ... not steel ... so you need to be careful 😃
