    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I had some beautiful strawberries and didn't want to turn the oven on or stand over the stove make custard for ice cream.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;On allrecipes.com I found a recipe from Chef John.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Cleaned sliced berries and sugar pureed in a blender.&amp;nbsp; Let it sit, he called it steep, for 10 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Add heavy cream, milk, vanilla and a little salt and blend for 10 to 15 seconds.&amp;nbsp; Pour into frozen ice cream maker and follow directions for your machine.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;It was pretty good for not having a cooked custard base.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I've often made a delicious "ice cream" by mixing together a pint of vanilla yogurt (not Greek), sliced fruit (mango is my favorite) and Splenda to taste.&amp;nbsp; I use an electric ice cream maker, the kind where you freeze the container.&amp;nbsp; Simple, simple.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
