My Heartland Chicken tsv order shipping May18 is still in process

Hi All, those of you who ordered the Heartland chicken tsv on April 15 and selected the May 18 shipping date - have yours shipped yet? Have any of you received the order? Mine is still in process and I have a feeling something is wrong.

Unlike other orders that go in process and you can't cancel - this one looks like I could still cancel it. It's a present for my father and I really want him to get it.

Just thought I would ask. It's impossible to get a hold of CS so I was curious to hear your experiences.

My vacuum has not shipped. order on the 12th, on the 14th I trying to cancel order but was told it was preparing to ship so could not be cancelled.

jump ahead now to the 05/21. Order is 'Still in process'.

Customer Service phone is not receiving 'do to high volume', chat was down for a few days, and e-mails have not been responded to.

Finally (waited an hour) for live chat. Was told order has not shipped, order has been locked so can not be cancelled. No eta and that a note has been added to my account to return free of chargeafter reciept.

Best you not count on delivery to your father anytime soon.

Barb from QVC replied and said the vendor was out of stock. I asked if she could say when the order would ship. She offered to cancel the order. What a bummer.

but it was wonderful to get such a quick reply. That's a record.

@Thats Me I have food orders from QVC and HSN and they aren't shipping as schedulled. They are in "packaging" or "processing" for many days and nothing has shipped. I have also canceled some orders for this reason.
