      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't know where the recipe is that David mentioned, but here is the recipe Lisa Brady demonstrated today. Do note if you try it that it cooks for 6 minutes rather than 5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Macaroni and Cheese PC - Brady&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;16 oz of dry macaroni&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 cups of chicken stock or water&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 C. of grated sharp cheddar cheese&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 C. of grated Colby jack cheese&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;½ Cup of grated Parmesan cheese&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1/3 C. of cream cheese&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Salt if needed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Add dry macaroni to pot, then add stock and give it a little stir.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Put lid on pot, cook &lt;STRONG&gt;6 minutes&lt;/STRONG&gt; under &lt;STRONG&gt;high pressure&lt;/STRONG&gt; turning off Keep Warm before pressure cooking it.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When pressure cooking is finished, turn off Instant Pot and do a QPR. I use 100% whole wheat macaroni, rotini, etc., and throw everything into the pot at once. Not counting the pressure building and the pressure release, it thoroughly cooks in 4 minutes on the low pressure setting.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been making mac and cheese in my IP for several months. Love it! I use a recipe that has dijon mustard and a bit of paprika in addition to three different cheeses. You can trick it up or down depending on your tastes -- lots of good recipes to Google!!! I always make a big batch and it's yummy when reheated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was very skeptical, but had to try this recipe. &amp;nbsp;I cut it in half, as I have &amp;nbsp;a mini Instant Pot. &amp;nbsp;I also Veganized the recipe, using vegetable stock, plant cheddar, Parmesan, and cashew yogurt for the cream cheese. &amp;nbsp;It was FANTASTIC. &amp;nbsp;I added a dash of cayenne, and a little salt and pepper. &amp;nbsp;I will be making this often, as it is super quick and delicious. Thanks to Lisa Brady for this great recipe! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
