Recipes are online.

Just wanted to share if you use Andrew Lessman fish oil or other product that comes in that larger size tub container to keep the container.

If you cut a roll of paper towels in half it will fit after some of the paper towels have been used.

I saw something like this on Pinterest. They recommended removing the cardboard center (after you cut the roll in half) and pull the towels up from the center. Feed them through an X that you cut in the middle of the lid. I haven't tried it myself, but might soon.

Washing hands with soap and water is good enough because it removes bacteria and viruses, which are then washed away, so there's no need to kill them.

So soap and water doesn't kill them, and that's what needs to be done on hard surfaces, with a disinfectant/sanitizer. IOW, if you could wash your kitchen table or counters the way you wash your car in the driveway--by slathering a soapy solution all over, then rinsing it all off the car and onto the driveway--that would work. But all you'd be doing inside is moving that soap and water around your table or counters, and giving the buggers a bath.

Enter Clorox wipes or any number of sprays which have made things so much easier.

Follow manufacturer’s instructions for application and proper ventilation. Check to ensure the product is not past its expiration date. Never mix household bleach with ammonia or any other cleanser. Unexpired household bleach will be effective against coronaviruses when properly diluted.

Prepare a bleach solution by mixing:

5 tablespoons (1/3rd cup) bleach per gallon of water or

4 teaspoons bleach per quart of water

https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/community/organizations/cleaning-disinfection.html

My husband came home with one of those giant multi-container Chlorox wipes from Costco back in early February when they first started talking about this. He has staged them in different places throughout the house, but I don't know if any of them have even been opened. I have so many spray cleaners I should use up and still have a bit of Chlorox left in the laundry room.

BTW, thought I would mention that Lysol and other cleaning ingredients with "ol" in the name are toxic to pets, so be careful using that around them. Mine don't counter-surf so that would not be a problem for me. The article I read was aimed at the cleaning of pet items like food dishes and even litter boxes.

Please dont use a roll of paper towels stored in clorox. Even diluted clorox, the paper towels will disintegrate into a mushy mess.

You'll have wasted paper towels and clorox.

Make your disinfectant fresh and pour it in a spritzer bottle. Wipe with a damp paper towel.

My question is what is up with Clorox? We haven't been able to purchase bleach, wipes or any Clorox products at our local grocery store for over three months. Just seems strange they are still having stocking issues. Our grocery shelves in that area are still bare. Is it to raise prices or what? Cannot see any reason for these shortages.

to still be going on.
