Just bought me a Nordic Ware aluminum big baking pan since I had code of 20% off and aluminum is best conductor of heat.

12x17 deep sided pan. HSN

I love all my Nordic Ware, too.

I notice HSN sells a pair of large and small Nordic "prism bottom" sheet pans that work really well for me. I think mine came from Costco a few years ago.

Just used the small one last night to roast baby red potatoes and carrots.

yeah, that's what my new aluminum high sided baking pan is called

12x17 prism by NordicWare. I got a NW angel food cake pan, too and the cake falls out of the pan.
