Does anyone have a great cookware set they can recommend? I have always used Cooks Essentials 18/10 for many years (went through 2 sets) but don't think they offer that set anymore.

I loved my CE Technique hard anodized, but after about 20 years it gave out. After a lot of trial and error, I now have Curtis Stone non-stick cookware. It seems to be indestructible!

Nothing sticks and it is dishwasher safe. Keep an eye out for maybe a TS on HSN this month.

@kjayr I have not found any sets that suit my needs. There is always something lacking and always something I don't need. So, over the years, I have decided to pick and choose different pots and pans for my needs. It isn't very cohesive, but it works. I have some All Clad skillets and 2 smaller non-stick frying pans that I replace on a regular basis as they lose their non-stick qualities. I have a heavy-bottomed Farberware stock pot, a Lodge 8 Qt. Dutch Oven; several Reverware sauce pans from my Mom (they are terrific!); and an All Clad strainer pot my son gave me for Christmas last year. My Cuisinart 12 inch skillet is starting to warp, so I would like to replace it with an All Clad (when I win the lottery).

Another vote for Curtis Stone--I got one of his sets from HSN a year ago--was a 15 piece set that all stacked together --it has 2 handles on each pan, not the stick handle and each pot/skillet has its own lid. Was around $180 on the HSN value of the day--it is light weight and are the Dura pans. Had a hodge podge of cookwear, mostly that terrible black non stick. this is ceramic coated and has just the right sizes of things I needed. And it saves alot of space storing it. Still looks brand new too.
