Need New Baking Pans Any Suggestions?

My 8x8 inch pan and my 11x7 inch pans are so old and I don't even know who made them but they are in rough shape and I am looking to replace them but with so many on the market it is so overwhelming any suggestions would be appreciated that you like and have had for a while. I don't care if they are nonstick or not that's not a deal breaker for me. Just want some good pans that will last. Thanks. Happy New Year!!

@cuddlesmama I'd google silicon baking items and try these. We have a couple of cupcake silicon pans, they're really nice.

You can't beat Williams-Sonoma. Non-stick and last forever. The brand that Bed Bath & Beyond sells is good too. I've had both and they're both great!

My suggestion is USA Pan. They may be more expensive than others, but they don't warp and bake beautifully. They're not non-stick. Check them out on Amazon or Bed, Bath and Beyond. I bought a complete set of their bakeware at BB&B for under $50. Think Kohl's sells that brand also.

@cuddlesmama USA pans, Nordic Ware, Cuisinart are good quality. Sur la Table and Williams Sonoma's own brands are good, too. Some of Sur LaTable is USA made.

I like the professional bakery style bakeware--anodized aluminum--the best.

Nordic Ware, known for its specialty bakeware, offers plain items as well.

Be sure to comparison shop as to price. I checked several websites before replying to you and the availability, shipping, and pricing offers are all over the place.

Lots of sites I checked had better offers and more variety in brands before Thanksgiving and Christmas. So if you can hold off a while and keep checking you might do better.

Nordic Ware's website today was the exception--it has some good price points, percentages off, and lower dollar amount to trigger free shipping than others I perused this a.m.

I totally agree with @Razzy 7 and strongly recommend Curtis Stone's on HSN. He is due back for a visit Friday January 17 through Monday January 20th so you may get better pricing or free freight if you wait until then. It is worth checking it out online to see if he has want you want in-stock. Know that more items may be added in the days right before his arrival. Some people say to avoid the red ones (may leave baking stains - like a circle where cookies baked), I have tons of the dark gray and they all look new - no spots or stains.

I have Curtis Stones frying pans have had them now for several years and I have noticed recently that the edges of the pans are bending and I store them very nicely because I love them but there baking pans don't have good reviews. Thanks anyway.

My pans of those sizes are Fiesta. Extremely durable, and work great. I've never had any sticking issues. My kitchen is small, with limited storage...so I chose Fiesta, knowing it would work great for baking and serving, so they would be all I needed in that size...and I love the colors!

The only downside is they are heavy....if that is an issue for you, they might not be a good choice for you.

I have been married for over 46 years and have tried just about every baking pan sold in America. Most of them are pure junk...they rust and warp...including the Curtis Stone pans mentioned.

I have been replacing all of my junky pans with USA bakeware. They are the best pans ever. I have yet to have one warp, rust or look ugly.

They are sold at King Arthur Flour, Amazon and Williams Sonoma. I wishI would have collected them years ago. I could have saved a small fortune that I spent.

@coffee drinker - I have a number of USA pans I bought at BB&B and they are all non-stick. They are a commercial pan with a silicone non-stick finish. They are beautifully weighted and work great. Not sure what USA pans you are talking about.

@Carmie - I agree. I have a number of USA pans I bought at BB&B and they are wonderful. Nice weight and great non-stick. I've had mine for a couple of years and they still bake like new.

Don't understand Coffeedrinker's post that USA pans are not non-stick. All the ones I've seen and own are non-stick.

Get the true resturant grade. They last for decades, I have mine from 1980), don't warp, and have cooked thousands of meals for me.

Are you a member of Sams? I know they have several items like that. Others here can tell you about Costco or just look on amazon and put in "heavy weight". They also don't rust.

@WORKING GAL You're right. nothing sticks, but there is no noticeable coating on them like Teflon or that stone coating, so maybe that is what is confusing.

Nordicware has worn beautifully. Replaced a few baking pans 3-4 years ago with Nordicware Naturals and I'm more than pleased.

All Clad has also introduced a new line of bakeware but I have no experience other than cookware.
