For some dumb reason, I decided to be pretend to be professional, and used parchment paper on my cookie sheets.</P> <P>Well, the cookies failed miserably. Flattened out quickly, and still appear to be raw, even though they are crispy - yet totally pale &amp; sickly looking.</P> <P>What did I do wrong?
