There was no instructions included in the box of the Cinnamon Rolls that I purchased.

I don't know if this is helpful in your case but, if you are just doing one at a time, what I do is to thaw one out, put it with the icing on the counter for a bit, then put the icing on it, and nuke it for about 24-25 seconds (1200 watt microwave)

Those are the standard issue, rather large, pumpkin/cinnamon rolls I got some time back.
