Temp-tations replacement

I have a baking dish from Temp-tations that I love, but the other day I noticed a crack along the bottom.

I called the customer service number and was pleasantly suprised! I just had to give them my item number from QVC and send them a pic of the crack. They are sending me a new one! I didn't even have to pay shipping. I don't even have to send the old one back.

I was very pleased with the process.

Unusual that you didn't have to pay shipping. Was it under 30 days old? Their policy in the past was to charge $10 shipping per piece for replacements. If you didn't have to pay that, I'm happy for you, cause it is a rip off, to charge that much to get a piece replaced because they don't hold up.

Mine was over a year old. I was surprised with not having to pay shipping, as well. I even asked before I hung up and the lady said no, it's all taken care of.
