Anyone know the item number to order the red square pan they used for heating the Juusto Cheese?

It's an older model of a Le Creuset 9.5" Square Griddle/Grill Pan. QVC sold this for a few years. This particular model says it's no longer available. Here's a YouTube video of David presenting it in July 2018:

There are 2 other Le Creuset square Griddle/Grill pans available if you do a search. The design on the handles is just different now.

probably cast iron, pretty, but heavy.
