      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 protein shakes a day because I'm not a meet eater and I want to ensure that I get enough protein.&amp;nbsp; I don't eat red meat and I've fallen out of the habit of keeping a bowl of boiled eggs in the fridge.&amp;nbsp; I need to get back to that!&amp;nbsp; Generally, I eat my fish and chicken. I put tuna or chopped chicken in my salads.&amp;nbsp; I like roast chicken but just a couple of slices with my veggies.&amp;nbsp; I get the best homemade vegetable soup from a local restaurant and I like to put shrimp in it. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
