PERFECT GOURMET POTSTICKERS, WHAT HAPPENED???

I’ve been ordering these for years, and they’ve always been really good. I’ve always like the pork best because it had more flavor than the others. I thought I would try one order of pork and one order of chicken potstickers this time. I can’t tell you how disappointed I was. The potstickers were much smaller this time, almost like the mini potstickers. But to top it off, the little things hardly had any filling in them, they were mostly dough. Small as they were, the pork ones were at least edible, but the chicken potstickers tasted like mush, no flavoring or vegetables whatsoever. These cost $54.00 plus tax an order. I’m so disappointed that the one food item left on QVC that I will eat, the company got greedy like all the others do. I even recently nominated them for a Customers Choice Award. For what it’s worth, I’m calling the company as well to inform them why they lost a good customer.

Sorry this happened to you, @Ketra .

I had a problem before with the normal size, but they were stuck together.

It seems these vendors always cut back on quality sooner or later. I've cancelled my A/D due to the quality issues. Definitely get your order refunded; perhaps if enough customers do this these issues may be resolved.

i have not had any issues with their products.

i like supporting our local busineses, especially when the quality is good.

they are great to have in the freezer for quick appetizers.

there are two sizes......mini and regular.

i also like schwans potstickers, but they are only in pork.

good thing about ordering food on qvc.....100% money back guarantee and you dont have to return the product.

you can order directly from their website also.

If there Is a Trader Joe's near you, try their version of Potstickers. They are great!

I"ve seen this happen with not only a few other food items, but with numerous non-food items as well.

They will sell a good quality product and then, when it becomes monumentally popular, they start the cutting back. Remember the original crab cakes? Those were really good - at first.

I have a few clothing products from QVC that were good quality and then you bought some more of them, even just a few months later, and the quality was completely different - thinner material, less integrous composition, the whole nine yards.

I hate to see good quality products change but that's the way it goes with a retailer wanting to keep selling it, yet they want to cut the quality to bring up the profits.

Thanks for the reply, I don't watch the food shows so must of saw them while channel surfing...the useless things I remember, lol. Sorry you & others were disappointed.

I was just now watching the gourmet food show and nearly ordered the Perfect Gourmet Gorgonzola Chicken. I think I'll pass if the brand cannot now be trusted to live up to previous standards. I don't mind taking chances now and then but the chicken is a bit expensive to gamble on.

Interesting. I noticed that Sunday (or Wednesday) on David's show, they had a different brand of Potstickers on the show. I thought that was strange since David RAVES about the Perfect Gourmet potstickers. I did not watch the presentation so I am not sure how he talked about the different brand.

Trader Joe's potstickers are delicious and a fraction of what QVC potstickers sell for. I ordered QVC's version once so I could compare to Trader Joe's. The only difference I could tell was the price. I'll keep some money in my pocket and continue to buy them from Trader Joe's.
