      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;My favorite plant milk is Trader Joe's Almond Beverage Unsweetened Vanilla (when I scan it into My Fitness Pal, it comes up as the Almond Breeze brand).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have tried Oatly and Oat Yeah (by Silk), and they both are delicious!&amp;nbsp; I would use them more, but they tend to be double or more the calories than the almond.&amp;nbsp; I prefer to eat my calories, not drink them.&amp;nbsp; So the oat milk is an occasional&amp;nbsp;treat.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I love the taste of vanilla soy milk and it quenches my thirst. I don’t want to drink it too often because there’s been constant shuffling back and forth over it’s positive versus negative effects. My second choice is vanilla almond milk. It does not quench my thirst but I’m using in my smoothies. It is not as lush as the soy milk, either, but its much lower in calories than the soy milk. Right now, I’m drinking a smoothie made with it &amp;nbsp;and baby carrots and sweet bell pepper.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
