I got my notice as to when and how to send in my container to be fixed. Need to mail it before the 12th to reserve my que for the 15th of July. will take it to the UPS store and they will package it up and mail it. Have paperwork to give them.

Not sure how fast this will take--I do have another container to use.

You will be amazed at how fast that container will come back. I'm a little confused why you have to drop it off. When I had an issue with mine a few years ago UPS picked up the container after Vitamix sent me the box that it fit into perfectly with a label. They have great customer service and when my container was returned they also sent me one of those black Vitamix aprons like Jan wears!

Mine is scheduled for September. I'm not using it until it is fixed.
