The cleanup is a breeze and they do not emit any fumes no matter how high the flame is. No scratching whatsoever as I use either plastic or wooden utensels to cook with.</EM><EM> I just use a little dishwashing soap to clean them out and I do not put them in the dishwasher. I packed up all my old pots and pans (non-stick hard annodized and Martha Stewart stainless steel and put them in a plastic bin in my garage.) I was a little hesitant but I am glad I went ahead and ordered them.
