      <description>&lt;P&gt;We eat between 5:00 and 5:30 everyday.&amp;nbsp; Gets me out of the kitchen early and hoperfully helps our waistline.&amp;nbsp; I think age and retirement has alot to do with dinner time.&amp;nbsp; When we worked we didn't eat until about 7:00, now that we're retired that has changed.&amp;nbsp; We do have an ice cream bar or some fruit for dessert about 7:30.&amp;nbsp; So much for the waistline, right?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I think it depends on what you eat too. If I eat a meal that is really high in carbs I tend to get hungry before I go to bed and I wake up starving the next morning. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;If I eat a high-protein dinner, meat and low-carb veg or salad I don’t get hungry and I’m not that hungry when I get up in the morning. &amp;nbsp;I eat early 530 to 6 PM and I don’t eat anything after 7 PM&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dinner was always at about 5:30 when I worked. &amp;nbsp;Now that I'm retired it's about 4:00, which is early I know, but since we are early risers, we eat our other meals early, too. &amp;nbsp;I end up wanting a small snack later on, which is not a good thing and am trying to break myself from doing this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Interesting to read all of the comments! The longer DH and I have been retired, the more our "eating times" have changed. Unless we go out for lunch, we pretty much each make our own lunch when we're hungry. I usually try to have a decent meal ready around 3:00 or so, from the slow cooker or grilled in the summer. We seldom have a sit down dinner together. We eat when we're hungry....I snack on pretzels or have some ice cream in the evening if I get hungry.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
