    <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep seeing this in the grocery store. From what I read online it's a type of cheese (in a small tub) that's like a cross between creme fraiche and ricotta.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I'm wondering if I could use it like a butter spread on rye bread, etc... I think I'll take the plunge and buy it next time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
