Poured into a layer pan one color at a time right on top of the previous color, pretty neat that this happens.</P> <P>What a pretty cake when you cut into it. I also like the texture of the cake and for some reason it doesn't have that "box cake" taste to it. It was ok tasting, but for a 2 layer cake, it was more like a one layer cake..kind of flat looking.
