This is different. I'm trying to imagine what the texture would be. I do like horseradish cheese -- this can't be stranger than that. Thank you for sharing.

@ECBG , my local Fresh Market was sold out, darn it. They only got 1 cheese wheel. I hope they reorder it!

Since I saw your post yesterday I’m looking (internet) and cannot find this guacamole cheese which of course makes me want it more. A coupla fresh markets in my area are trying to run it down so for now I’ll hang on to the pic you posted and keep drooling hahaha.
