    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just curious, is this non-stick the same coating as the Zakarian non-stick cast iron?&amp;nbsp; I may be wrong, but it looks like it's not as deep as the Zakarian skillet, but maybe that's because I bought his 8" pan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;No I don't think the coating is the same.&amp;nbsp; I just received one 'Z' pan and it's a clear coating and he said.....he worked on this coating for 2 years.&amp;nbsp; Cook's E is a Q brand and has been around much longer.&amp;nbsp; Have already read Reviews that 'Z' coating has started to come off.&amp;nbsp; Cook's is a much heavier/thicker coating.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
