I agree. I have his set of cookware and many of the gadgets. I love this masher because I have arthritis and it does a great job of breaking up the meat. Also the handle covers for your fry pans. The only problem I have is the baking sheets. I have used the big ones and had no problem but the smaller version have scratched. I returned and received new ones and now the small one scratched again. He says you can use metal utensils and I usually don't. But, this last cookie batch, after using his spatula the pan scratched. Oh well. But his cookware is wonderful.

I already have the Tfal Potato masher that is the same as this....I own 2 mashers for beef, and such that I bought from BB&B, and one is the original masher, that works wonderful, but now they have another that has a soft handle that I go to first, as with my muscle disease, works better for me than my wooden utinsels for breaking up my ground beef, and for not "mashing" potatoes, but making smashed potatoes, with the skins still on....Cost less than $10.00. I have found that I have fallen in love with the dough hooks on my KitchenAid hand/stand mixer for mixing a lot of every day items that you would mix by hand, including dips, meatloaf, pimento cheese, and such items...And, by hand, I mean by "hand", or hand mixing....There is a difference....
