The Blue Jean Chef, Meredith Laurence, just announced that the episode she taped for the Rachael Ray show will air this Wednesday, March 27. Check your local listings for times in your area. She'll be demonstrating two recipes from One Pot Comfort, so it should be lots of fun!

@KLevineFan - David's appearance on the Rachael Ray show has already aired. If you go to her website, you should be able to search for and watch the taped segment.

Odd thing about the RR programming lately. There have been a lot of repeats sandwiched in between the new shows. Normally during a given week all shows will be new, or repeats, but there have been weeks recently where maybe 3 of 5 daily shows are new and the other two are repeats. Hope she isn't ill or something.

@giddy up - Most talk shows tape many segments in advance and then combine them into episodes. Those episodes are then selected for airing based on a variety of factors, including the programming on other channels that will be shown at the same time. For example, the NCAA tournament was airing on other channels during the typical talk show daytime hours last week, so I'm guessing that RR is simply choosing to show new episodes when they won't be competing with more popular programs.

Thanks for posting this information. I was able to see the program this morning. Meredith did a good job, as always.

No mention of QVC now that she is no longer an employee. I wish her well but miss her segments at Q. I will have to check out this new cookbook, One Pot Meals.

I do love her RR products but geez she should have just let Meredith talk/prepare. It was a promo for Merediths book.

I I rarely watch RR, but I did today to see Meredith Lawrence. She made two dishes, one of which was her one-sheet fish and chips, which I made for dinner last night. It was an easy dish to prepare and delicious.
