    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34767"&gt;@sunshine45&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- I'm pretty sure L&amp;amp;L came up with the idea first because I can hazily recall Chris&amp;nbsp;Pryme presenting strainer containers, and when they hadn't been offered in awhile, I believe MCM created a similar version. So perhaps in the future one of the brands will bring 'em back. Fingers crossed for you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My understanding is that Lock &amp;amp; Lock c.s. is not as responsive as QVC c.s.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It fell on the floor when I opened the package. I called L&amp;amp;L cs and they sent me just the lid. They did not ask me to send back the entire set. You might try again. Explain what an inconvience that is when you just need a lid or if they insist on you returning the whole thing --I would but do not be concerned about it being spotless .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could be that a different rep might do things differently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit= Just looked back over what I could see of your post and I see you said the lids&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;do not fit&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt; so you probably would need to send the whole thing back as something must be misshapen .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

But in any case, if you do not want to or cannot return your full set to QVC for an exchange, try calling Lock &amp;amp; Lock customer service directly for assistance—they are very helpful and do a great job of replacing defective items. Representatives are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time at 844-527-9188.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have your containers on hand when you call so you can provide the item numbers on the bottom. I only ask because I bought a set of plastic strainers in cylindrical containers with tab tops from the Q a few years ago, but they were actually from MCM even though they looked similar to L&amp;amp;L—and I ended up returning them because the tabs broke off both lids with just minimal use within the first 30 days.
