I spray Pam Cake Flour spray on all my Baking Temp-tations items.

The Pam Cake Flour spray ensures nothing ever sticks and all foods

release very easily.

Then a quick hand wash with some dishwashing liquid and a bit of

water and a quick rinse but not submerging in water, and I also use

Bounty Towels to wipe my Temp-tations items dry.

Before putting away I also air dry all my Temp-tations items.

I've heard Tara and Lisa say that you should follow your recipe. If it states to grease the pan then do it. I haven't had the problem of sticking. I wonder if it depends on the setting of your dishwasher. I noticed that if I use the heavy setting wtih the sani rinse that it really effects my L&L. I wish they would spend a few minutes of air time to address these issues so the consumer sould be informed instead of disappointed.

Temp-tations and other glazed stoneware pieces do have inherent nonstick properties, which is fantastic for things like casseroles and savory recipes—but I've found that when you're baking, lightly greasing the dishes makes a difference. As @Fressa noted, Tara and Lisa have shared on air that you should follow your recipe directions when using Temp-tations for best results.
