    <description>&lt;P&gt;IMO, this is good news!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Pork hasn't been the same ever since the fat was bred out of it, &amp;amp; it was reintroduced as 'the other white meat'....&amp;amp; we were expected to cook it to death, almost guaranteeing dry, leathery meat.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Some restaurants have left a bit of pink for years now, though few home cooks have been comfortable doing so - &amp;amp; sometimes balk when they receive pink centered pork when dining out.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Sanction has been given to all!
