David's cookbook deal

Does anyone recall when David first introduced his new cookbook that if you bought it then you were supposed to receive some type of credit later on? No one in customer service seems to have information on this.

@nickide - A few months ago, there was at least one day when the book was sold with an offer that would have you pay shipping upfront but get that amount credited back after the book was shipped. However, this offer might have only been available to Q Card holders; I can't quite recall whether that was the case.

If you edit the subject line of your post (click the three dots on the right side of the message to see the menu) to include the word "Moderators," one of the QVC Social Team members for the Community should see your question and be able to address this issue more directly.

I remember that because that was the reason I applied for credit card it was on August 5th. I called custome rservice a while ago and they didn't know what I was talking about.
