My friend visited Thanksgiving and indicated she used her pans for everything and so far no issues. I purchased a small USA pan to cook biscuits. I love it. I looked at the bigger pans yesterday and really wanted them but was afraid it was a little to heavy for me to lift and move out of the oven. I use his large 9x13 pan that has the raised grill marks for my chicken wings - the best! No PFOA either.

@coffee drinker In the past Curtis offered some all stainless steel pans but the stainless steel pans your looking at on HSN do have the nonstick coating. I have the pans with the stone gray exterior & love them, they are the best set of cookware I've ever had. My set is almost 3 years old, get heavy use & looks brand new, cooks food evenly, never sticks & cleanup is easy. The name of Curtis Stone's line is Durapan so when your buying cookware look to see if it has the non stick interior, that will be the gray speckled coating. Hope this helps & promise, you will not be disappointed.

With all great reviews, I hope Curtis doesn't start "cheapening" his products like "some" chefs on other shopping channels.

I am a longtime fan of Curtis' pots and pans but like shopped out and others who have commented on these boards, I have been a bit disappointed by his bakeware. I roasted some vegs on a sheetpan and did not overbake them but did find some spots that required more than a wipe. After hand-drying the sheetpan we noticed some black spots in the pan that looked like lost paint. I think that the manufacturer needs to reassess the top color paint formulation or the process of its application to the bakeware. Perhaps in the next run, only the exterior sides of the bakeware pieces should be painted.

I do have to say that my everyday pan and open stock frypans are going strong after 3 years. Until I got used to the high heat, I admit I did scorch a pepper or two on the everyday pan yet there was never a need to scrub and never any damage to the finish. So despite my issues with the bakeware I still think Curtis' cookware is the best non-stick cookware available -- it is certainly the best I ever have used!
