    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;6 by 9 inch baking dishes are really hard to find.&amp;nbsp; The white pans they use on air do not come with the dishes.&amp;nbsp; However, it appears that Sur La Table has some dishes that are the same or similar to what they are using.&amp;nbsp; Also on Amazon anchor hocking sells a glass pan in clear or in clear cobalt blue that is close in size to the 2 lb casseroles.&amp;nbsp; I heard during the on air presentation to defrost slightly and then the casserole will come out and you can put it in another pan.&amp;nbsp; Carefully otherwise the toppings will get messed up.&amp;nbsp; I would defrost only slightly and maybe cut away the foil pans with a scissors and put in other pans.&amp;nbsp; I won't invest in any new baking pans for these unless I like them but if I were going to make these on a regular basis I would buy three baking pans the right size to fit the sweet potatoes, the stuffing and one other choice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
