      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think you should be fine to freeze them—just follow the usual rules about getting as much air out of the container as possible and separating layers of cookies with parchment or wax paper if you're doing a lot so they won't stick together. And if your recipe calls for a powdered sugar coating or glaze, leave that off the cookies when you freeze them; after you thaw the cookies in the refrigerator later (a fun rhyme!), you can add that final touch as needed.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I do this all the time -- I bake them, cool them and place in container w/parchment between layers.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I ice them when I'm going to serve them. &amp;nbsp;They freeze great IMO!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
