The beautiful shaped pans with raised pumpkins and peaks make beautiful loaves and bundt cakes but are the raised parts of the finished product dried out from exposure to the heat? I'd love to update my pans if what comes out isn't all dried out on top.

Yes, I agree with Sooner! The pans are definitely worth owning. In fact, I just bought a new Nordic Ware Autumn Wreath Bundt today—we'll need two cakes for an upcoming harvest fair. I've learned over the years that all NW pans are worth the investment, and my overflowing "party pantry" bears witness to my love of them.

Those are pretty cool!

I think my only NW baking pan is a bundt cake pan. Oddly, I always wanted a bundt cake pan and, finally, probably 15 years ago, I got one. I haven't used it in 2-3 years, so I should get on the stick.

But the brand has always been good. I believe I also have a NW brand, bundt cake pan shaped, thing with a cover for storage of the cake. IIRC, it's clear plastic but well made.
