was watching on utube meile dishwashers. wow they look like the best of all. more pricey but last 20 years .and do fantastic job. looks like there worth spending more for such a good and long lasting well made machine.

@Pooky1 When we gutted our kitchen and I replaced our KA dishwasher, I chose a Bosch. I checked out all of the Meile dishwashers, but they were just a little too small inside, and I preferred the layout of the Bosch. We've had ours for almost 2 years and I love it.

I've heard good things about them as well, but have never known anyone who had one. Ours is a maytag and we've had it for years.

I have LOVED every Miele product I have ever owned and they truly last forever. They are pricey but worth it. We have no Miele DW retailer in the area

I know at least 6 people with Bosch DW and although they love how quiet they are, they hate the fact that they malfunction on a regular basis and the authorized repair-people are far and few between. For that reason only we steered clear of the Bosch line when we were shopping. We both work and staying home waiting for repair-people is not in our schedule.

We moved into a condo last year that has a Bosch dishwasher. It was installed about 6 years ago when the previous owner redid the kitchen. I love it! It is so quiet and the dishes get really clean. If I had to replace I would get another Bosch. I thought Miele made vacuum cleaners???!!!

Knew they made vacuum cleaners. Didn't know they made dishwashers. Who says they'll last 20 years? How long is the warranty? That's how long they'll most likely last.

We have Miele vacuums and a Miele coffee maker. All of them are excellent. I'd try one in a heartbeat!

We had a Bosch dishwasher for a long time and never any trouble and we loved it! I would buy another OR a Miele in a heartbeat!

I have a Miele washer and dryer. Over ten years old. Never had a repair. I did some research prior to purchase because I wanted a set that had longevity.

They're supposed to last twenty years. There are some features about the washer that I don't care for, but I've adjusted.

I have a Meile dishwasher and I love it. Probably 15 years old and I have had one repair on it.

I just got a Miele dishwasher a couple of months ago and am enjoying it.

I chose it because it softens its own water as I don't have a household water softener and wasn't planning to buy one.

My dishes are so sparkly now! My old one didn't function for a long time so I was washing by hand. But even the old one didn't make the dishes sparkle this much.

It finally feels like mine now. It took me a while to get used to it, especially the third rack for flatware.

Consumers does rate them in the top few of needing fewer repairs.
