      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm watching this now on Gourmet Holiday.&amp;nbsp; If anybody is thinking about these - OMG, they are so awesome!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They're huge, too.&amp;nbsp; When I cook one it's all I can eat.&amp;nbsp; They are tender and flavorful with just a smidge of seasoning.&amp;nbsp; I had a little learning curve for how to cook them but by the second time I was a pro.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have them on AD, so I'm glad to see they still have them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every time I eat one I simply must eat another one the next day!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;CB, thanks for the recommend.&amp;nbsp; I watched the video and I trust your foodie opinion so I ordered it A/D.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please share what you learned about how to cook them.&amp;nbsp; I can see several options I'd like to try -- a thin coating of egg and cracker crumbs and into the air fryer, or be decadent and pan fry.&amp;nbsp; I see these sliced in stir fry and sheet-pan meals or a simple grilling.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One reviewer complained about the sodium but one out of many wouldn't sway me.&amp;nbsp; Have you added other ways to add flavor?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Free!&amp;nbsp; So nice seein' ya lately.&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just do a pan-fry thing.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Smidge of butter and olive oil as pan heats up (nonstick, but it doesn't have to be I suppose) on just a smidge under med-high.&amp;nbsp; Brown well on both sides.&amp;nbsp; Turn heat down to med-low and cover for 7-10 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's kinda sorta based on the instructions that come with them but you know how you usually need to tweak here and there.&amp;nbsp; I just add on only one side some of this KC Steaks steak seasoning (of which I have a bunch from over the years!).&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I think it's pretty much s&amp;amp;p and garlic.&amp;nbsp; That's all it needs or even just s&amp;amp;p.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I never noticed them being salty at all.&amp;nbsp; Maybe they added a lot of salt?&amp;nbsp; Like I mentioned I just season one side with a light pinch.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They are so lovely.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;BTW, I noticed that some of what the vendor was cutting looked a little more rare than what I do.&amp;nbsp; I'm still from the school of cooking pork fairly well done.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Mine look more whitish than pink but they are still beautifully tender and tasty.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The ribeye cut is my favorite cut of beef steak, so I figured these had to be good.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I feel like the quality is very nice and I LOVE that they come individually vacuum-sealed!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you like them!&amp;nbsp; I kind of hate to recommend things because I will be scared until I know that the person doesn't like it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When the Rastelli guy cut it with a fork, that clinched it.&amp;nbsp; Don't worry about me not liking it, I love pork in most of the common ways we eat it.&amp;nbsp; No tripe for me, though.&amp;nbsp; I'm glad it can handle some extra seasoning as I love the Penzey's "Ruth Ann's Muskego" seasoning and their pork chop seasoing so I'd like to be able to use them on these steaks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Costco pork loin steaks are too thick and easy to dry out to get that middle cooked so these will be just right.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You will love how tender this meat it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Start out with just a light pinch of seasoning and see what you think.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I also manipulate it around a small pan so that I get carmelization all around the sides where there is a (little) bit of fat.&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also thaw them out before cooking.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I don't know what they recommend, but that seems best to me.&amp;nbsp; The pork is raw.&amp;nbsp; If you tried to pan saute it from frozen you'd probably have to get the outsides completely black to get the inside done.&amp;nbsp; That wouldn't be good at all.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thaw one and then a little bit before cooking I take it out of the refrigerator to get a little less cold before cooking.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For burgers I loved Kansas City's 'bbq cheddar' variety and, even though I'm on AD for this item, they don't seem to have that variety anymore.&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Don't even know if I'll get my next AD but have a feeling I might not.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Good thing I still have a ton of them so will continue to ration.&amp;nbsp; I'm strange that way - I will make something last and deny myself it more often so I don't run out.&amp;nbsp; But I know I have a whole box plus more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used to get the KC bacon cheddar ones and one day they were out of those and I was up to get some, while they were on a promo, and saw 'bbq cheddar' for the first time.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Sounded fine by me and omg, they are much better than the bacon cheddar.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;For a whole meal I will just put one of these (grilled in my contact grill and a little seasoning from their seasoning packet) on a bed of brown rice or veg.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I checked the KC flyer received the other day -- the only burger patties offered that are flavored are Cheddar Bacon and Vidalia Onion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd love to try the Kobe style patties but they are ridiculously expensive, 64.90 for 6 unless you place a large order min. $55.95 then they'll add them on for 44.95.&amp;nbsp; Other options are sirloin, chuck, prime and classic.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been buying the long sleeve of patties at Costco.&amp;nbsp; The drawback is they are not individually frozen although I could do that.&amp;nbsp; We manage to use them before they freezer burn. They're very lean and cook up nice on the Philips smokeless grill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/34778"&gt;@chickenbutt&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Even though I was very disappointed in the burgers from Rastelli, I went ahead and ordered these pork chops today. &amp;nbsp; I love pork chops and I can get incredibly good ones here, $5.00/chop for something a lot of people love, is pretty good.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I went on auto delivery, but know I can cancel if I don't like them.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Thanks for your suggesting these.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made the Rastelli pork chops tonight -- soooo good and tender beyond my expectation.&amp;nbsp; I dipped them in egg then cracker meal and pan fried them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next time I'll cut some calories and air fry them.&amp;nbsp; For this first time I wanted to give them the old tried and true method.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With these available, there's no reason to buy any kind of pork chop at the store, they won't be this delicious. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
