I love reading the forums, and I have noticed in many reviews, people mentioning their items looking like returns. Now I know if you purchase an As Is item, you will be getting a return. But why are people disappointed that their items are most likely returns if they didn't buy one on purpose? Surely QVC is not passing off returns as new and unused? I have not gotten anything that looked like a return. Is it prevalent or not?

I remember receiving one thing over the years of ordering that I knew was a return (and I did not order it “as is”). The top reeked of perfume. But most of the things I’ve ordered appear new.

Unfortunately I believe I have received items I believe were returns. I purchase a lot of Josie Maran products, and it's strange that some jars of say, body butter, is full and has a SEAL on the jar, and another is only about half full and NO seal. A bit suspicious to me..
