One of my trainers at the Y recommended Dave's and I have to say that it is delicious. It is pricey, though, even at WM. If you are not a big bread eater and don't think that you will eat the entire loaf, it might prove to be a waste of money.

Daves is good. Yes it’s pricey, but we spend money on many other things like chips, baked goods, etc which aren’t very healthy, so don’t cut back on a good bread. If a full loaf is too much, put it in the freezer, or put half in the freezer take a little out at a time. I’ve seen Dave’s at Costco.

both those brands are good but I have to watch the carbs---more fiber in those brands but only 3 or 4 grams. So over all, still gotta watch the carbs, for me anyway.

Western Bagels sells two different high protein bagels. They are also super high in fiber making the net carbs only 9 and 11 I believe. It depends on which flavor one you get.. The protein is 19 g. per bagel. I've ordered them a few times. You have to order a few bags (mix and match) to get free shipping.

The high protein ones are called Perfect 10 and Everything Bagel. The high protein bagels have 3 Weight Watchers Smart Points.

I also order the Bagelettes. For the Weight Watchers, those only have 1 Smart Point per bagel.
