      <description>&lt;P&gt;I cooked a bone-in chicken breast today that was partially frozen.&amp;nbsp; I just added a few more minutes.&amp;nbsp; Turned out great.&amp;nbsp; Nice and browned and I did not use any oil at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>The only meat I cook from frozen is something pre-cooked that’s meant to be cooked that way like chicken nuggets. I have made fish or chicken breasts that were partially thawed with satisfactory results. I rarely preheat my air fryer.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I do burgers and steaks from frozen with no problems and never preheat.&amp;nbsp; Frozen 5oz burgers take 12 min, turning halfway.&amp;nbsp; Times vary with the thickness of the meat.&amp;nbsp; If you thaw first, it takes a bit less time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
