I do buy pretty much any brand.

My husband uses a lot of honey & he's not really picky about it. He just likes the flavor.

I don't really support the idea that local honey has any better health properties than honey from any where else. It sounds romantic & it's good for local people, but I have read up on it & I don't really think it's a benefit.

I do buy local honey. Mostly because they bottle it in a really cute jar that I like to re-use, but I also buy Member's Mark at Sams Club.

If you can find "Thyme" honey, I like the taste of that the best. It's a teensy bit spicy as well as sweet. Mind you, It's honey from thyme Flowers, not honey with Thyme the herb in it. I also like raspberry flower honey. Nothing wrong with wildflower honey but if you can try different flower origin honey why not do it. Buckwheat honey is VERY strong and less sweet. I need to mix it with another honey to use that one.
