      <description>&lt;P&gt;For a break we pick up stir fry that's heavy in vegies, or do a white pizza with extra vegies.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He won't eat a salad with a protein on tip. &amp;nbsp;Salad with a meal is no problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Salads, you can buy steak strips already marinated to add to the salad, shrimp, ham slices,eggs.&amp;nbsp; We eat rice with veggies and use the same steak strips for the meat.&amp;nbsp; Just a couple of ideas, hope it helps.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Fruit is not that good for you anyway unless you pair it with protein.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mom had it right to give us peanut butter &amp;amp;&amp;nbsp; jelly sandwiches back in the day&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Variety is best, a little fruit, a little protein, lots of veggies--cooked or raw.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to mix colors-- yellow, red, green, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All of the above suggestions are good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/31645"&gt;@RinaRina&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Tuna in&amp;nbsp; tomatoes&amp;nbsp; is good too, or on crackers&amp;nbsp; or make&amp;nbsp; mini pizzas on triscuit crackers. &amp;nbsp;Avocados on toast is yummy. How about deli turky spread with cr cheese wrapped around a dill pickle. Hard boiled eggs are good too. Just watch the amounts you eat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know what your diet is like, but there's cream cheese, put it inside some lunch meat or meat you've got as leftovers, and enjoy.&amp;nbsp; Have some salads.&amp;nbsp; You're only limited by what med's you're on and your likes and dislikes.&amp;nbsp; The latter you might have to work on.&amp;nbsp; How about some hot dogs or sausage, with ........ hey just do other meals in place of your fruit meals.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just go to my freezer and thaw something out. &amp;nbsp;I have homemade soup in there all of the time. &amp;nbsp;Also stew and leftover cooked chicken in freezer bags.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes I make a salad or a quick omelet with whatever veggies I have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My DH likes breakfast foods for dinner and I can have that on the table in minutes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
