I liked his Smashburgers. Much better than anything from Kansas City Beef.

Do his crab cakes use American crab or Chinese ? I refuse to eat anything from the waters of the Far East

If anyone is interested in purchasing these, the price is slightly lower than what was shown on Evine's site yesterday (at least for the burgers it is).

Thank you MTC. I know Phillips uses crab from Maryland but many companies nowadays are doing "Maryland Style" crab cakes and sneaking in crab from Thailand or China. I think that's what destroyed the Chesapeake Gourmet Line from years ago. I only eat fish from American waters.

Crab sourced from both USA and Asia.

They are made in USA, so that is true.
