    <description>&lt;P&gt;A friend did this "program" and by the time you eat all the salad stuff (that you have to purchase separately) it's really expensive.&amp;nbsp; My friend said if she wanted to eat nothing but lettuces, she could have saved the cost of the "food".&amp;nbsp; She spent hours prepping the greens and added veggies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is soy added to the Nutri-System meals even if there is already meat in the dish. This is how they are able to up the protein amounts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
