I bought a tub of sugared ginger for a cookie recipe, and I have most of it left. I was wondering what some of you do with this product, any ideas ? TIA.

I love just nibbling on pieces of candied ginger. But I use it everyday in my hot tea. Tazo green tea with ginger, then I add my own ginger slices to the cup on top of that. yummy!
Ginger is good for digestion.
