      <description>&lt;P&gt;Instead of making a one loaf pound cake or quick bread, I wanted to make two mini-loaves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would I cut the baking time half?&amp;nbsp; I can't find anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I wouldn't change anything but keep a close eyeball at the end of the baking time.&amp;nbsp; When the top of loaf is browned - stick a toothpick in the center of the mixture. If it comes out dry - take out of oven........if it's still a little soupy - give it more time.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have found that if the mini pan is the same depth, your cooking times will be almost the same.&amp;nbsp; I agree you need to check it as it cooks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
