Ray has a low-sodium version (540 mg sodium per 32 oz container) and KB has an UNsalted version. I will buy either stock or stock as long as it is low-sodium.

I just recently discovered that Pacific sells both Organic Turkey and Chicken Unsalted Bone Stocks. I am anxious to try them!

Knorr makes a highly concentrated form of both beef stock and chicken stock. A tiny cup makes 3 1/2 cups of stock when water is added. This has been a boon for me, getting a little old to lug cases or bags of cans down the hill from the car in the winter.

I've only used chicken stock once, Swanson's, and I couldn't tell the difference between that and lesser expensive broth.

I use Better Than Bouillon that I get from either Walmart or Food Lion. I've never seen the low sodium version but I recommened you buy that one if you can find it as this is pretty salty.
