The roast did look over cooked to me and it also looked like she cut it with the grain instead of against.

Ya the roast didn't look tender like when you do one in a slow cooker....I like it to fall apart basically.

I don’t want it to fall apart like a pot roast. I have never cared for that. I know...odd. But more like a mid rare sliced roast beef. Like a prime rib is sliced but thinner. Different cut of meat. But still, looked tough.

They did this last week too. I think the LONGGGG shows are too much. It was a 5 hour show today. I'm sure he needs a break. Mary and Stacey filled in for him last week as well. I'm sure he needs to have a break and rest. I miss him when he is gone but he is Human. LOLLL!

Mary said she was covering David's breaks. I saw Stacy once, it seemed like she was on a different set. I could be wrong though.

It was a 5hr show please I would be on the floor talking that long & would need to rest my voice & potty. I like David sometimes he goes over the top but he does sell, I almost got that air fryer. Meridith did great how much can you say. They should exchange the HSN & QVC hosts up since they are now one company. The QVC hosts go down to HSN for a week & bring HSN up for a week & see how it goes. Let Wolfgang come to QVC too.

I just don't enjoy ITKWD as much any more. I wish David wouldn't spend so much time on the colors and more on the product! They could run those color availability guides across the bottom like they do for fashions.

I get a break at work after 4 hours, then I have to put in 4 more hours.

I agree. Also, for what he "cooks" they could just eliminate that too. Just tell us he posted a new recipe. I appreciate that QVC offers all those colors, but too much time is spent on reviewing the colors and telling us how many they had and how many are still available.

I agree, David is a talented host. I like him selling anything, but he shines when he is in the kitchen.

I guess it doesn't bother me that the color choices are discussed a lot.

I think he just needed a break. Maybe it was to check in on his mother?
