I even called Vitamix and they told me to not be afraid of burning out the motor, but I really didn't want to take a chance. I'd already added 1/2 cup canola oil. Should I have added more?</P> <P>When I've bought almond butter it was far thicker and pastier than PB...has anybody made this before?
